A movement consultation built around your priorities.

Before choosing a program, understand what your body can do today and what you want to change. Our initial consultation brings those two things together.

Begin with a brief introductory call

A 15-minute conversation gives you space to explain why you are looking for support. Ask about our approach and discuss whether a movement consultation fits your needs. This call is an introduction, rather than an assessment or treatment session.

What the consultation includes

Your 60-minute visit considers the activities that matter to you and the movements that currently feel difficult. We assess your starting point, discuss the findings and include appropriate hands-on care when useful. You leave with a personal exercise plan available through your app.

How to prepare

Think of one or two activities you would like to return to, such as walking farther, carrying a bag or getting up from the floor. Bring comfortable clothing for movement and share relevant information about your symptoms, previous care and any guidance from your doctor.

Choose a next step that makes sense

Your assessment helps guide whether rehabilitation, supervised strength training or a different kind of support is appropriate. The consultation does not require a commitment to a longer program. PrimeHer supports muscle and joint function; it does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication or treat menopause itself.
